Neo was set free to a life of Ultimate only recently and has had a meteoric rise to becoming a very good player. He is the only one in the team who can consistently throw with both hands and is faster than anyone would expect.

Some history: he once played the youngest child in the sound of music at a school play. He was so good as a four year old that the school got accused of using real children - breaking the "Year 6 only" regulations. The story was front page news and made him a minor celebrity. The hype died down when it was discovered that he was actually in Year 6, and he was forced to pay his parents to clean up after the news crews that had camped out on his front lawn.
